Zebra Danio Fish

Zebra Danios are one of those fish that make a tank feel alive instantly! They're small, active schooling fish that usually grow to around 2 inches, but don't let their size fool you because these guys are always on the move!

They get their name from the bold stripes that run across their bodies, giving them that classic zebra look. They're honestly just fun to watch, especially when you have a group darting around together!

Zebra Danios are also super hardy, which makes them a great choice for beginners. They can adapt to a wide range of water conditions and are usually not picky when it comes to food. That being said, they still do best in a stable, well-maintained aquarium.

We recommend keeping Zebra Danios in groups of 6 or more so they feel comfortable and show off their natural schooling behavior. They do great in community tanks with other peaceful fish, especially when they have a mix of open swimming space and plants to explore.
