Overnight shipping does not speed up the processing time for an order, it only ensures how quickly your package will be delivered once shipped!
*Please note that at the beginning of the year, we do have extended order processing times after our holiday shipping pause. Please be assured that even though we are a small business, our team will be working hard to get all orders out and caught up but this can extend through the month of January. Our cancellation fee will still apply to any order cancellation requests.
We reserve the right todelay shipping when necessary to ensure the safety and well being of live animals, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, or internal health and shipping considerations. Shipping delays initiated by us due to these reasonsdo not waive the 15% cancellation fee if the customer chooses to cancel their order. If a customer initiates a cancellation at any point after placing an order, the standard 15% cancellation fee will still apply.

Due to carrier limitations, orders shipping to Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS Priority Express rather than FedEx Priority Overnight.
Because of this service difference, shipping promotions and flat-rate offers do not apply to these locations. Shipping rates for Alaska and Puerto Rico may vary based on carrier pricing and availability.
Shipping specials, including discounted flat-rate shipping and free shipping promotions, apply only to qualifying orders within the contiguous United States.
Please Note
Overnight shipping does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order. It means that once your order leaves our facility, it will travel overnight with FedEx and arrive the following day.

All Livestock / Hard Good Mixed Orders may be shipped separately. Livestock will always be shipped overnight. Hard goods will likely be sent through USPS Ground.
We try to ship hard goods only orders throughout the week, but may delay them until Thursday.
We are sorry for any inconvenience, but weonly ship within the United States and its territories. We do not ship livestock to Hawaii.
We reserve the right to ship live animals during the week of a holiday.
We reserve the right to ship packages out on days outside of our typical shipping schedule.
Coupon codes, discount codes, sale pricing, and promotional offers cannot be added after an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for applying all discounts at checkout prior to submitting their order.
Store credit is final once issued. It cannot be refunded to the original payment method, whether used or unused. It may be applied to a current order or remain on the account for future use.
There is a 15% cancellation fee on ALL customer-initiated order cancellations This fee helps cover the processing fees and labor already invested into each order before it ships. Live animal orders require significantly more preparation than standard retail items, including inventory verification, health checks, scheduling based on weather and delivery conditions, and coordination with our husbandry and shipping teams. Once an order is placed, animals are often pulled from inventory, assigned to that specific order, and prepared for shipment, which limits our ability to offer them to other customers.
