Platinum ghost frog and past experiences with Non-Flip purchases

I got two of each color and I see them occasionally. That’s why I call them Gost frogs. Hopefully they will get used to being in a 55 gallon tank and not so shy. It is heavily planted.
I have purchased from several other companies and NONE of them come close to the quality of any aquatic species or plants that Flip has. Flip is not the cheapest, but they have the best quality, best customer service and best variety of anyone else I have dealt with. This may explain why Flip is so often out of stock.
Why do I give Flip a 5 star rating? Here is just one example below:
I have spend a lot of money with at least 3 different suppliers similar to what Flip offers as far as livestock, plants, and related supplies.
From another company, I recently ordered a breeder pack of Red Rili shrimp, snails, Panda Corys and some tiny Celestial Pearl Danio.
They all came in a box that was insulated by putting moist sawdust in the box, and it was a big mess taking the bags out.
There were no ice bags, and here in Texas, it is still in the mid to upper 90's. The company should have known better.
I did not get the shrimp that I ordered , and the 6 Panda Corys were all dead.
The 'Extra' replacement Danio was covered in a massive white fungus, so it had to be dead for more than the time it took to get here.
It was obviously not quarantined like Flip does before they ship.
The others may die soon, but of course my 6 hour time limit to claim the DOA will have been expired.

The moral of this story is just stick with Flip, even if they are more expensive.
Everything has been better with Flip and they always quarantine their fish before they ship to be sure they are clean from fungus and other potential diseases before they are shipped.
And with Flip I get a packing slip of what was inside the container.
I did not get packing slip or paperwork of any sort from this other company.
However, in the box there was a lot of wet sawdust, a bag of live neocardina shrimp surprise, a bag of dead Panda Corys, several live tiny Celestial Pearl Danios, an extra Celestial Pearl Danio with a lovely coat of white fungus.
I ordered a breeder pack of Red Rili Shrimp. It was supposed to be a guaranteed 8 females and 2 males. I got a mixture of colors, sizes, and several clear ones.
I did get a few extra shrimp but there was not 1 Red Rili. I got what they called a Skittles pack.
So, what have I finally learned?
I just need to wait until Flip has what I want in stock, even if it is more expensive. It is worth it.
This most recent non-Flip supplier that I have done business with was, unfortunately for the occupants of the containers, just an unnecessary waste of life for most of them.
I would like to say Thank you, Robert Lupton & team, AKA Flip, for being in existence to serve all of us who love what we are doing with our aquarium hobby, fascination, or obsession, whichever fits each of us.

      Excellent!

Shipping was reasonably quick as well as very secure packaging. Both platinum dwarf frogs are lively and enjoying the planted 20 gallon.
