The Green Cory catfish is one of the most popular Corydoras catfish species. They show their best behavior while shoaling in groups of 2 or more fish. The Green Cory is extremely peaceful making it a great addition to any community tank and even most shrimp tanks. Green Corydoras reach a max size of around 2.5 inches.
Corydoras species prefer a sand substrate as they enjoy scavenging for food. It is also less abrasive to their barbels making sand the best long-term substrate solution for the Corydoras family.
What do Green Cory catfish eat?
We feed our Green Corys a large variety of foods which include finely ground Northfin flake foods, small Northfin pellets (veggie, community, & bug pro), frozen foods, and occasionally blackworms.
The scientific name is Corydoras aeneus

The fish I ordered came in quickly and healthy. They're all still doing well and have colored up. I'll be ordering more fish in the near future.
Great Fit
Green Cory
I have purchased Green Corys from Flip Aquatics before and I love the color when they are fully mature. I decided to give the ones I have a larger group. Very satisfied with the purchase.
