Ember Tetra

They’re still a little shy, but my ember tetras all arrived alive and well, and they’re doing great in their new home! They were packaged with care, and I 1000% recommend springing for the cooling pack if you’re ordering during hot weather. These little guys had to make it to west-central Texas alive and it’s scorching here, so I’m convinced that the combination of A+ packaging and the cooling pack were what kept them alive for the journey.

Ordered 12 and got 2 extra all arrived safe and sound no loss and a week later all are thriving. Filp aquatics is super their customer service is wonderful and responsive and helped me with all my questions prior to my order.

I'll start with a thanks to Flip Aquatics for helping me out with some advice prior to even ordering.
And now, as the title says I am happily surprised with these little fish because UPS was a day late in delivering and they sat on my porch for two hours in 50 degree weather. When I unpacked the box the heat pack was exhausted and those bags were cold. I had two upside down laying on the bottom in one bag and one in the other. I thought for sure they were goners but within a minute of dripping they were all active and swimming. I have now had them in quarantine for two days and they are eating like little pigs and appear very healthy so far. Oh and I almost forgot, I ordered twelve and received fourteen, really cool bonus cause the more of these the merrier.
So I will say it again, I couldn't be happier, Awesome job Flip Aquatics you have a definite repeat customer here.
