What we feed our Gobys
The Blue Neon Goby is an algae and biofilm grazer, and so these foods should be readily available to ensure their long-term health and happiness. A Goby enjoys plant based foods. We supplement their diet with a mix of fresh vegetables and Northfin Veggie, Community, Bug Pro, and Northfin Kelp Wafers to ensure a balanced and nutritious diet. We also feed our Gobys prepared algae wafers and let them graze on natural algae and bio-film. This can be supplemented by using Bacter A.E. which can be found by clicking here.
Our Tank Parameters
The fish were well pack. I’m amazed at how much care this company packs their animals with. The box is well insulated came with a heat pack for my region. Came with a sticker and note about who packed my order. The fish were live and very healthy and are doing amazing and coloring up really good! Definitely will be supporting this company again!
I've had zero issues with this fish.
Very happy with these guys. My initial concerns about only having males in the tank are gone. They are the stars of my shrimp tank gobbling up the extra food and hanging out. I did have one accidental death during a water change when he suckered onto the outside of a fish bowl I use to transfer water back in and didn't realize until it was too late. They are curious about anything new in the tank so watch for them while messing around.
Arrived happy and healthy
This little fish has loads of personality. He tends to be a bit shy, but when he’s out and about he’s the star of my community tank. I have to admit that I was a bit apprehensive about the special diet of this fish when I first purchased it, but he’s absolutely thriving so far and I couldn’t be happier with him.
