It's recommended to keep Congo Tetras in groups of at least six. This helps mimic their natural social behavior and creates a harmonious environment in your aquarium. Keeping them in a group enhances their well-being and allows you to observe their fascinating interactions.

What we feed our Tetras

We feed our fish a mix of frozen, live and prepared foods including live baby brine and black worms. We also supplement their diet with a mix of Northfin Veggie, Community and Bug Pro.

    The plastic bags that the fish were shipped in were really dumb. The bags were closed with two different rubber bands. The bags were so small that by the time I got them off there was not enough space to add tank water for proper acclimation. Fortunately I have a quarantine tank. Major FU !!

    Beautiful Congo Tertra

    The Congo Tetra arrived healthy and beautiful with the exception of one of the extras you sent - a female. The others, a great split of male and female, are all thriving and looking awesome. The males are now the most beautiful freshwater fish I’ve owned. At feeding time they flash beautiful coloring and they are still very young. Absolutely stunning display! Great job and thank you for the split of make-female!
