Staurogyne Repensis a low growing plant that is mainly used in the foreground of aquariums. The plant originates from South America. While it is rather easy to care for, without proper lighting it will grow taller. To keep the plant in a tight growth pattern, higher light and the addition of a plant fertilizer is recommended. With the addition of CO2 injection, Staurogyne Repenscan grow rather quickly and will require frequent trimming. Like all stem plants, you can replant the trimmings to start new plants.
Keep in mind that the coloration, size, and shape of this plant are subject to the conditions the plants are kept.
Use of a high quality planted tank substrate like Brightwell shrimp soil and CO2 injection can help yield better growth.
*Rapid changes in tank parameters can result in the melting of the plantYou will receive one (1) bunch or one (1) potted plant that usually includes 5 stems of this plant. Portion size may vary.
Scientific Name:Staurogyne Repens

Note: Please do additional research on your plant to ensure its health. Propagation of Rotala is similar to all other stem plants: cut the stem and replant into the substrate.

Got several plants and they are all doing fine
These arrived in great shape. Flip Aquatics is my go to source for shrimp and plants.
Came in great condition. Some melting during the transition. 21 days in it has great root growth in my 10 gallon and 55 gallon tanks with new side shoots starting. Current growth is with fluval 3.0s no CO2 and ferts twice a week. All tanks have fish, shrimp, and snails. Happy with the plants. ☺️
Plants came in very well package and really healthy this was my second time buying plants online and the attention to detail is really nice and personal cant wait to make another order once i cycle my new tank.
