Melted plants

Hi Rebecca!

I am so sorry your Micro Sword melted and arrived late. Unfortunately once a package leaves our facility we have no control over how or when it will be delivered to our customer. With COVID-19 and holiday shopping the post office was having many delayed and late deliveries. We do everything we can to send our customer healthy plants safely. We use styrofoam boxes, heat packs if needed, and add layers of foam over the plants to ensure the arrive in good condition. Some plants can and will melt when added to a new aquarium or when light exposure is decreased, but typically grow back healthy. Your Micro Sword should continue to grow and send off new runners once it has acclimated to your tank. Give it two weeks to adjust and start to grow new leaves. If for some reason it dies please email me at store@flipaquatics.com and I will help you get a new Micro Sword plant.
