Prime Protein Pleco Pops are a hearty sinking food made for plecos, corys, loaches, catfish, and other bottom dwellers that need a bit more protein in their diet. They're made with ingredients like wild caught fish, black soldier fly larvae, krill, and other whole food ingredients to give your fish something a little more exciting to graze on!

Now yes, there is wheat in these. Before anyone panics, it is there for a reason. Wafers need something to help them stay together underwater, and a little natural starch does the job. It is not the star of the show though, the greens, wood, and grazing-friendly ingredients are!

These are handmade in Brooklyn, New York and slowly dehydrated at low temperatures instead of being cranked out by a giant machine. That means they are not all perfectly round, perfectly smooth, or perfectly identical… but your fish don't care! The rougher texture actually gives them something to graze on, which is kind of the whole point
