Dwarf Sagittaria

Dwarf Sagittaria (Sagittaria subulata) is an easy-to-care-for foreground plant that can also be used as a carpeting plant. Dwarf Sag has bright green, grass-like leaves that create a lush, carpeted effect, adding a natural look to any aquarium. Thriving in a variety of water conditions, Dwarf Sag grows quickly and can even tolerate low light environments, making it perfect for beginners and experienced hobbyists alike. Whether planted in small groups or allowed to spread naturally across the substrate, Dwarf Sagittaria provides great coverage and helps improve water quality by absorbing excess nutrients.

Ideal for creating depth and dimension in both small and large aquariums, Dwarf Sagittaria’s compact size makes it especially popular in aquascaping. Dwarf Sag has a low-maintenance nature meaning it requires minimal pruning, allowing you to enjoy a beautifully balanced and vibrant underwater landscape with ease. As Dwarf Sagittaria spreads through runners, it creates a dense, green carpet that offers shelter for small fish and shrimp, enhancing both the aesthetic and ecological balance of your aquarium.

You will receive one (1) potted plant with multiple plants. Portion size may vary.

How to care for Dwarf Sagittaria?

Extra plants and all

Much better stock than I have received from other stores. Fully developed plants and short like they should be, maybe 7 inches tall. They came with runners all over, looks like they’re ready for to spread quickly.
