The gold laser cory is one of those fish that instantly stands out once you see it! This peaceful little bottom dweller has a glowing gold stripe along its back with a pretty greenish bronze body. Cory gold laser catfish are active, peaceful, and always fun to watch as they scavenge around the tank looking for food.
Like most corys, the laser cory does best in groups of 6 or more and will be much more comfortable and active when kept with other corydoras. They’re a great fit for community tanks and planted aquariums, and they usually do well with other peaceful fish. We recommend keeping them on sand or smooth gravel so their barbels and bellies stay protected while they explore the bottom of the tank!
