Dead moss

Its been a couple weeks and the verdict is in, the Christmas moss is dead. It was the only part of the order that did not arrive in good shape. Tried to bring it back; it was in an established aquarium with co2, but it just disintegrated after a week or so. The rest of the order is doing well.

Hey Richard,

Thank you so much for your order and review! I am sorry to hear your Moss didn't make a comeback. We would love to try and make this right. If interested, please reach out to us at shipping@flipaquatics.com. I hope you have a great day!
