Black Water Additive

Brightwell Black Water is a great product for hobbyists trying to replicate a natural aquarium. Most fish and shrimp are collected from tannin rich environments that are consider black water. For optimal breeding and the health of fish and shrimp, it is encouraged to create an environment as close to nature as possible. Brightwell Black Water is a great stand alone product or it can be used in conjunction with natural products such as leaves, cones and wood. 

Reason to Use:

• Establishes similar environments to those found in nature
• Helps create a natural aquarium
• Encourages fish / shrimp to spawn by simulating the rainy season
• Contains all natural humic substances to encourage a healthy aquarium

Dosage: 

• 4 oz (125 ml) treats up to 500 gallons
• 8 oz (250 ml) treats up to 1,000 gallons

Usage: 

• Add 1 cap (5 ml) per 20 gallons
• Chemical filtration such as carbon and other resins can remove this product from the water
