Shrimp came in fantastic condition Very active and all were alive

the Ten pack amano shrimp I ordered came in active and alive, in fact I received 12 of them, I lost one shrimp with in a couple days because it found a way to crawl out. I fixed that by adding a plastic canvas screen over over the opening where i found that cords were entering and I figured it had escaped from. the other shrimp are doing extremely well in my aquarium. This is the second order ive placed with flip aquatics and wont be the last.

Amano shrimp

Ordered a 5 pack and got 6. All arrived healthy and got right to work in my tank after acclimating (came with excellent instructions). This was my first experience ordering live animals through the mail so I had a few questions and concerns and Amanda was very responsive and helpful, thank you! Overall very happy with my purchase and will be back for some neos once my new tank gets cycled.

Edited to add: I received my order 2 weeks ago and for sure still have 4 (I can see 4 out of hiding often during the day) of the 6 that arrived - I haven't found any bodies (and I don't have any tank mates that would likely eat them other than 3 juvenile pearl danios who are too small at this point) so all 6 are probably still thriving but they like to hang out behind a large piece of Mopani so I never see all 6 out at once.
