The Blue Eye Lemon Bristlenose Pleco (Ancistrus sp.) is a peaceful and nocturnal species that is perfect for any aquarium! This member of the Loricariidae family adapts easily to most environments and makes a great addition to any tank with driftwood, rockwork, and other places to hide during the day. Best of all, this hardy fish grows up to just 4-5 inches in size which means it requires less space than other plecos.
Bristlenose plecos are omnivores and will thrive in any tank that is well fitted for them. We feed our Bristlnose Plecos a large variety of foods including finely ground Northfin flake foods, small Northfin pellets (veggie, community and bug pro), frozen foods, live baby brine shrimp and occasionally blackworms.
