The Swamp Dwarf Crayfish also known as Cambarellus puer is an active and curious freshwater crayfish, known for its playful digging and scavenging. They thrive in tanks with plenty of hiding spots, such as rocks and plants. These omnivores enjoy a varied diet of artemia pellets, frozen bloodworms, and other protein-rich foods. They also enjoy soft algae pellets or wafers

While generally peaceful, they can be territorial. If breeding occurs ensure you have ample hiding spots for young.
