Shrimply GH is meticulously designed to maintain optimal GH (General Hardness) levels in freshwater aquariums, particularly benefiting shrimp and other invertebrates. With an ideal range of 4 to 16 dGH (70 to 280 ppm), it is important to determine the needs of your aquatic pets. GH Levels directly impact vital processes like fish muscle and bone development, shrimp molting, snail shell formation and the growth of aquatic plants. Regular monitoring and supplementation will help foster the well-being of your aquatic pets while promoting thriving biological processes essential for a balanced aquarium.
Dosing:1 Pump (2ml) per 10 gallons adds 1dGH
For caridina shrimp needing a soft water setup (pH below 7), we find a GH of 4 to 6 dGH to be ideal. For Neocaridina shrimp, we recommend a 2:1 ratio of GH to KH to maintain a pH above 7, with the ideal GH level being 10-16 dGH.
Analysis: Magnesium (Mg) 2.9%, Calcium (Ca) 9.3%
Specifically formulated for freshwater aquariums, Shrimply KH (Carbonate Hardness) is crucial for stabilizing pH levels in aquariums where a pH above 7 is ideal. Without adequate KH, pH can fluctuate quickly causing stress on the animals and premature molting in shrimp. Maintaining a KH between 4 to 8 dKH (70 to 140ppm) is ideal for most freshwater aquariums. Regular monitoring and supplementation will help maintain stability, promoting a consistent environment for your aquatic pets.

Shrimply KH should not be used if the ideal pH for your aquatic pets is below 7.

Haven’t use it yet till I get shrimp soon just reset new tank
Works perfectly as expected! Excellent product!
I've been struggling with both the pH and the kH in my tanks for a while now. Your Shimply Shrimple kh/gh bundle has made it so much easier. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that has a water source with low pH, whether their tank(s) contain shrimp or not. Also, Customer service at Flip Aquatics is top notch!
I am sure each of these work great. I mistakenly way over juiced my shrimp with super high levels of GH and KH. Now I need something to lower those and my pH. Plus it smells like sulfur now
Packed well and pumls intact. Just did a water change today and tested my dGh and dKh. Tested 1 dKh / 6 dGh. I wanted my 37 gallon between 2-4 dKh / 8-10 dGh. A few pumps later and I'm exactly in the range I wanted. Love Flip Aquatics!! Way better than ShrimpMineral GH/KH+
