Orange Rili Neocaridina shrimp are the orange variety of rili shrimp which means they have an orange carapace, a clear midsection, and an orange tail. These beautiful shrimp were developed from Orange Pumpkin Neocaridina, and their stunning coloration and unique patterns provide a vibrant pop of color to any shrimp tank.
Orange Rili shrimp thrive in standard Neocaridina parameters, with a pH above 7. Any inert substrate will work well in their habitat. Providing natural cover and surface area for biofilm to grow—using materials like wood, leaves, and cones—will benefit both these shrimp and their offspring. Including mosses and other live plants in their tank setup is also recommended. They enjoy consuming NorthFin foods, biofilm, and algae.
