Humpback Limia

The Humpback Limia (Limia nigrofasciata) has a distinctive arched back and striking vertical black bars, this species stands out as a true conversation piece in any tank. Native to the waters of Haiti and the Dominican Republic, the Humpback Limia is known for its hardy nature and adaptability, making it an excellent choice for aquarists of all experience levels. This peaceful fish thrives in community tanks, where it can interact harmoniously with other species.

In addition to its visual appeal, the Humpback Limia is a livebearer, providing the exciting opportunity to observe the natural process of giving birth to free-swimming fry. This species is also an active grazer, helping to control algae growth and maintain a clean, balanced aquarium environment. What We Feed Them-

We feed our fish a mix of frozen, live, and prepared foods including live baby brine and black worms. We also supplement their diet with a mix of Northfin Veggie, Community, and Bug Pro.
