The Azure Gardner's Killifish (Fundulopanchax gardneri clauseni Akure) boasts vibrant colors and a peaceful demeanor, making it an ideal choice for nano aquariums. Preferring the upper levels of the water column, the Gardner's Killifish is known for its occasional jumping behavior, necessitating tank setups with secure lids or lowered water levels. While potentially compatible with other tranquil fish and invertebrates, caution is advised to prevent competition for food and to ensure the safety of smaller tank mates from predation.

Everything was packaged very nice, All fish in very good health. I had never received Fish in breath bag so an acclamation sheet would have been nice.

I purchased a trio (1 male + 2 females) as I thought the Gardener’s killis are beautiful. The females have more color than I expected, a beautiful peachy red. The male is spectacular. After 7 days the egg masses have shown up attached to the guppy grass I purchased with the trio.
I can’t wait for a Flip Aquatics open house so I can bring my grandson to see the shrimp! Thanks to the Flip Aquatics team!!!
