2 plants Ok the other dying

My 2 banna plants seem ok but the lily had tons of dead and decaying leaves. 2 leaves are left, one came off bulb and is floating. I hope new ones will grow.

Excellent customer service!

Shortly after my order shipped Jeff e-mailed me to let me know that they had refunded the price of the Banana Plant because it didn't have any leaves on it but they shipped it to me anyway in case it sprouts back. The roots are still green and alive so it may very well throw out a leaf in the coming weeks. But if it doesn't then I wont be bothered in the least because the guys at Flip Aquatics cared enough to not charge for something they weren't sure would survive. A lesser seller would have thrown that thing in the box and pocketed that cash! I just love how passionate these guys are! Keep up the GREAT work guys!
