You will receive ten (10) Mixed Grade Black Panda shrimp and two (2) Extreme Black King Kongs. We sell all Taiwan Bee shrimp at about half an inch. The smaller they are, the easier it is to acclimate them to a new aquarium. The shrimp will reach breeding age within a month of receiving them.
Taiwan Bees were considered some of the hardest to keep and breed shrimp in the past. Between 2009 and 2014, hobbyists were able to stabilize the Taiwan bee shrimp line to have more stability. By adding in new genetic pools, the Taiwan bee shrimp is much easier to keep and breed in current days. For a hobbyist ready to take their hobby to the next level, these shrimp are a great place to start.
Mixing Taiwan Bees
It is great to be aware of the fact that all Taiwan Bee shrimp can be kept in the same tank with out risk of hybridizing. All Taiwan Bee shrimp share similar genetic lines so they will produce shrimp that look similar to the parents. Red King Kongs, Red Pandas, Black King King Kongs, Black Pandas and Blue Bolts can all be kept in the same aquarium.

I order about 25 different shrimp everything came in on time and was great, open the box and let them acclimate to the room temp then slow drip acclimated them for a long time (12hrs) not a single death, I am very happy with everything

Bought a bunch of Black Pandas, Blue Bolts, and a ton of new plants, dragon stone and and Bonsai Tree for a new 15 Gallon Tank I purchased. As always Flip Aquatics knocked it out of the park. All of the shrimp came live and as often the case each group came with a few extras. Everything was packaged nice and tightly. Plants all arrived in great condition. Dragon Stone and Bonsai Tree were beautifully selected. After 2 months, the couple dozen shrimp are all healthy and alive. I could not ask for a better experience with FIip Aquatics. They have become my go to for most of my aquarium needs.
i ordered the BKK starter pack which had 10 black pandas and 2 extreme BKK, flip aquatics gave me 2 extra pandas for a total of 14 shrimp. and some of the pandas were shadow pandas too! which i didnt mind, it was a plus in my books. these shrimp are still healthy and active after a week of receiving them, Jeff also took in some of my extra orders after i asked him to hold my shrimp order for a month due to work reasons. they really worked with me on that one... really GREAT customer service and top quality shrimp HANDS DOWN. thank you Flip Aquatics!
