I have 4 in my tank and they really are bottom feeders they always love looking for leftovers. Not a bother to the other fish.. but don’t home them with shrimp cause all them are gone 🫣. There so much smaller than I thought which isn’t a bad thing at all. And there even more pretty in person

Pretty little guys

Both arrived fast and on time. One of them arrived a little banged up, after a few days looking out for it passed away. The other one is happy and living well is a pretty little thing. I mean is the risk of traveling far and I love ordering from flip aquatics overall all my fish arrived healthy and well, thank you guys

Amazing Support and Customer Service

I could not be more pleased with my most recent interactions with Flip's Support team. I ordered a batch of fish and followed all of Flip's advised protocols for drip acclimating and adding them to a quarantined tank with the appropriate water parameters. Outside of my or Flip's control a had two fish out of the batch die after a couple of day.

I contacted Flip to see if there was anything I could have done differently to prevent the deaths and they offered to provide me with replacements even though they were not obligated to do so as the fish did arrive alive.

Flip's staff then worked with me over the next couple of weeks on providing similar cost replacements as identical replacements were not possible due to them no longer being in stock.

My second order with the 2 replacement fish all arrived in great condition and have happily had no deaths. Flips combination of great product and amazing support can not be matched. Customer for life.
