Gold Dust Molly Fish

The Gold Dust Molly is a hybrid variety known for its golden body covered with bold black markings. Many have bright gold heads and dark tails, creating a striking contrast that stands out in any aquarium. They typically grow to about 2.5 inches, though some can reach up to 4 inches. Gold Dust Mollies are peaceful and do well in groups, making great tankmates for barbs, bettas, danios, or corydoras.

Like all mollies, the Gold Dust Molly is a livebearer, meaning females give birth to live fry instead of laying eggs. They’re hardy, active, and ideal for both beginner and experienced aquarists. Keeping them in small groups encourages natural behavior and reduces stress.
