Received all of my fish and very good condition. They are so tiny and beautiful!!! They faired well through their time in the quarantine tank, and I have added them to my nano community tank. Very active and have colored up beautifully. Getting along well with my chili rasboras and salt and pepper Corey's as well as pygmy Cory's. They seem to be very Hardy and can handle my water as well as me not being an expert. Love them have not lost one yet!!!
I have 15 celestial pearl danios in my 20 gallon tank. The fish all arrived healthy. I initially had ordered just 5, but they didn’t do well in such a small group, and my three females died. I believe that the males stressed the females too much by chasing them around. Flip was able to send me all female fish in my second order, and now I have three males with 12 females and they all are doing very well.
10+2 CPDs all arrived live and healthy. Heat pack was still slightly warm. There was a strange bulge in the breather bag and looked like it was very close to popping, it was somewhat concerning but I think it was fine. CPDs colored up and became friendly and ate their first meal within 24 hours of being added to the tank. Thank you!
I recieved the Celestial Pearl Danios via overnight shipment. They were all healthy. I followed the enclosed instuctions for introducing them to my tank. (The fish were shipped in a bag that "breathes," so the acclimation process is different than that for fish you buy at a local store.) Now the fish are happy in their new home. And their color is really nice.
I wanted to solve a bullying problem that led to the death of two previous CPDs, so I added to the group. The new additions showed up quickly and in good health. I can’t wait to see them color up in the tank! They’ve already formed a large shoal with my ember tetras. These guys NEED to be in larger groups, or else they’ll slowly pick on each other to death. They haven’t messed with any of my other nano fish or shrimp, just each other.
